YOUR HOME APOTHECARY

Learn to make herbal remedies yourself & turn your kitchen into the most powerful pharmacy you'll ever own

Created by certified holistic herbalist Karen Roos, founder of WILD WAYA

You've been circling herbal medicine for a while

You save recipes. You buy herbs. You read, watch, and gather.

And still, when it comes to actually making something yourself, you pause.

Because it feels like you should understand more first. Which herb for what. What dosage. What if you do it wrong. So you keep collecting information… without really stepping into it.

This is where that changes

Not by learning more (although you will). But by finally making something with your own hands.

Because the shift happens when you experience herbalism. When you prepare something yourself, use it, and feel that it works. That's when confidence starts to build.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY MAKE INSIDE THIS COURSE

You won't leave this with vague knowledge. You will leave with remedies you've already made -and know how to remake.

Inside this course, you will create:

  • A Thyme syrup for sore throats and coughs
  • A calming Chamomile glycerite for rest and nervous system support
  • A Calendula salve for skin repair
  • A Rosemary oil for tension and circulation
  • An oxymel for immunity and seasonal transitions
  • Your own herbal tea blends for digestion and calm

And more.

WHY MAKING YOUR OWN HERBAL REMEDIES CHANGES EVERYTHING

At some point, it stops being about herbs. It becomes about how you relate to your own health.

Right now, there's often a gap between feeling something in your body and knowing what to do with it. So you wait, search, or reach for something external and hope it helps.

When you start making your own remedies, that gap begins to close. You recognize what your body is asking for -and you have something to meet it with. Not in a big, overwhelming way, but in small, consistent moments.

Something for your nervous system. Something for digestion. Support before things escalate, instead of after.

And there's a practical shift too: Instead of relying on expensive, ready-made products, you begin creating your own -with full control over what goes into them.

But what changes most is this: You trust what you've made, because you've experienced it

HOW YOUR HOME APOTHECARY IS DIFFERENT

This is not a course where you study herbalism, although you will receive the foundations. This is where you begin working with it.

You will work with:

  • 6 core herbs
  • 10 practical remedies
  • simple methods you can repeat

Everything is designed so you can start without needing more preparation.

You don't need special equipment or exotic herbs.

You just need to begin.

'WHAT IF I DO IT WRONG?'

This is the hesitation most people share. So let's be clear about it.

Inside the course, you learn:

  • how to prepare remedies using simple, reliable methods
  • how to understand dosage in a way that makes sense
  • when not to use certain herbs
  • how to work safely and responsibly

You're guided in a way that builds trust, not dependency. You're not left guessing. And if you do have questions or doubts, I will answer them.

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

  • A set of herbal remedies you've already made and can recreate anytime
  • A clear understanding of six herbs you'll continue to use
  • Confidence in choosing and preparing what you need
  • A simple apothecary setup that fits into your daily life

YOUR GUIDE

Karen Roos - WILD WAYA

Over the past seven years I have trained with herbalists, shamans, and healers from around the world -studying holistic herbalism, and the place where the physical and energetic meet. I am a certified holistic herbalist, founder of WILD WAYA, and creator of The Elementa Method.

What I see again and again is that people don't need more information.

They need a way in. A way that feels grounded, simple, and real.

This course is what I wish I had when I started.

STEP INTO YOUR HOME APOTHECARY

You're not missing anything. You just haven't started yet.

Doors close April 30. We start May 1.

P.S. Concerned about fitting this into your busy schedule? No need. You'll receive access to all video's and recipes to go at your own pace.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Do I need special herbs or equipment?

No. The course starts with herbs you likely already have -ginger, garlic, thyme, chamomile, rosemary. You'll need mason jars, a basic strainer, and a pot. That's it.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced for me?

This course is built specifically for beginners. Video 1 addresses the exact nervousness you might be feeling right now. Everything is explained from the ground up, without jargon.

What if I've tried herbal courses before and felt lost?

Most courses give you information without giving you a path. This course gives you a path: a clear sequence of what to make, in what order, with safety built in from the start. You'll make something in the first lesson. And, you start with the herbs in your kitchen.

I have a busy life. How much time does this take?

Each video is focused and practical: between 20 and 40 minutes. The making is where the real learning happens, and that's something you can fit into an afternoon or an evening. There's no schedule to keep, no cohort to keep up with.

Is this self-paced? Will I lose access?

Fully self-paced, and you have one year of access. Come back when you want, re-watch what you need, revisit as your practice grows.

What if herbs aren't safe for me because of a medication or health condition?

Safety is woven into the course from the very beginning. One of the first videos covers contraindications, herb-drug interactions, and when not to use herbs. That said, this course is educational and does not replace advice from a healthcare provider. If you have specific health concerns, please consult me or an other professional.
