YOUR HOME APOTHECARY
Turn your kitchen into the most powerful pharmacy you'll ever own
Created by certified holistic herbalist Karen Roos, founder of WILD WAYA
The original medicine was never lost.
You just stopped being taught it.
You've been drawn to herbal medicine for a while now. You save recipes. You buy herbs. Maybe you even have jars sitting in your kitchen right now.
But when it comes to actually making something… you hesitate. Because it feels like you need to know everything first. Which herb for what. What dosage. What if you do it wrong?
So you keep learning. And not actually doing.
The truth is: You don't need years of study to begin. You don't need rare plants or complicated protocols. You just need to start -in your own kitchen, with what you already have.
This knowledge isn't complicated or new. It's been part of everyday life for generations.
And it becomes simple again the moment you start working with it.
The Home Apothecary gives it back. Not through months of theory -but through your hands, your kitchen, and ten remedies that will change how you see everything.

IMAGINE THIS
You open your cupboard and see a row of small amber bottles. You made them yourself.
A Chamomile glycerite. A Calendula salve. A jar of Thyme honey.
Someone in your home gets a sore throat. Instead of reaching for a pharmacy, you reach for what you made -and you trust it completely.
That is not a fantasy. That is what this course gives you. Not more theory. Not more overwhelm. But the ability to actually do it.
WHAT YOUR HOME APOTHECARY IS
Practical. Powerful. Completely within reach
A short, self-paced video programme that teaches you how to make 10+ herbal remedies using simple kitchen ingredients -even if you are a complete beginner.
Not herbalism theory. Not a philosophy of plants. Not another programme that leaves you knowing more but doing less.
Seven focused lessons. Ten recipes you make with your own hands.
So you can go from "I don't know where to start" to "I make my own remedies at home."
"Just having the herbs in my house is already grounding me."
WHY MAKING YOUR OWN HERBAL REMEDIES CHANGES EVERYTHING
Knowing how to make your own herbal remedies instead of outsourcing your health is a fundamental shift.
You're no longer dependent on products or practitioners.
You understand what you're taking, why it works, and when to use it.
It also means you start working with herbs before something is wrong. Not only for coughs or colds, but for digestion, sleep, stress, and daily balance. Small, consistent support instead of waiting until your body demands attention.
There's a practical side to this as well. High-quality herbal products are expensive. Once you know how to make them yourself, you can create the same remedies -with full control over the ingredients- for a fraction of the cost.
And over time, something settles in: You trust what you've made, because you've experienced its power. You learn to trust your own inner wisdom again.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH
- A core set of remedies you've prepared yourself -and know how to recreate anytime: teas, syrups, salves, tinctures, oils
- Deep knowledge of six kitchen herbs that will serve you for the rest of your life
- Clarity on safety: when to use herbs, when not to, and how to work responsibly
- A personal apothecary plan you can actually follow
''My inner witch is so happy!! Thank you so much Karen. This is so much fun and much easier than I thought.''

WHY THIS HERBAL REMEDY MAKING- COURSE WORKS
Most people don't struggle with herbalism because it's difficult. They struggle because they never get to the point of actually making anything.
This course is built around that shift.
You don't just learn about herbs... you prepare them.
That's where confidence is built. From direct experience -when what you learn settles into the body and becomes something you can feel and trust.
The Home Apothecary: normally €333
Now temporarily €77
One bottle of quality cough syrup at a health store costs €18-25. You will make three in this course alone, and know how to make them for the rest of your life. At €77, this pays for itself before you finish it.

Over the past seven years I have trained with herbalists, shamans, and healers from around the world -studying holistic herbalism, and the place where the physical and energetic meet. I am a certified holistic herbalist, founder of WILD WAYA, and creator of The Elementa Method.
What I have learned -and what I want to give you -is this: you do not need rare plants, expensive equipment, or years of study to feel the power of herbs. The ones in your kitchen hold everything you need to begin.
This course is what I wish someone had handed me at the start.
STEP INTO YOUR HOME APOTHECARY
Your kitchen is already an apothecary. Your hands already know how to make medicine. Welcome back, medicine maker.
Doors close April 30. We start May 1.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Do I need special herbs or equipment?
No. The course starts with herbs you likely already have -ginger, garlic, thyme, chamomile, rosemary. You'll need mason jars, a basic strainer, and a pot. That's it.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced for me?
This course is built specifically for beginners. Video 1 addresses the exact nervousness you might be feeling right now. Everything is explained from the ground up, without jargon.
What if I've tried herbal courses before and felt lost?
Most courses give you information without giving you a path. This course gives you a path: a clear sequence of what to make, in what order, with safety built in from the start. You'll make something in the first lesson. And, you start with the herbs in your kitchen.
I have a busy life. How much time does this take?
Each video is focused and practical: between 20 and 40 minutes. The making is where the real learning happens, and that's something you can fit into an afternoon or an evening. There's no schedule to keep, no cohort to keep up with.
Is this self-paced? Will I lose access?
Fully self-paced, and you have one year of access. Come back when you want, re-watch what you need, revisit as your practice grows.
What if herbs aren't safe for me because of a medication or health condition?
Safety is woven into the course from the very beginning. One of the first videos covers contraindications, herb-drug interactions, and when not to use herbs. That said, this course is educational and does not replace advice from a healthcare provider. If you have specific health concerns, please consult me or an other professional.
